Dennis Dean Bachman, 63, of Knoxville, Iowa passed away early Wednesday, September 29, 2021, on arrival at Iowa Methodist Hospital (UnityPoint Health) in Des Moines, Iowa.
He was born on November 14, 1957, in Knoxville the son of Duane and Darlene (Beaver) Bachman.
Dennis graduated with the Knoxville High School Class of 1976.
Dennis was a former employee of the Knoxville Water Department in Knoxville.
He and Jeannie K. (Rankin) had two sons: Cody Daniel and Luke Andrew who survive him, Cody and his wife, Jenci and his daughter, Kenley Jo of Knoxville, and Luke 
and his wife, Morgan of Elkhart, Iowa.
He also leaves three sisters: Jocelyn (Harlan) Van Wyk of Runnells, Iowa, Gloria (John) Goodyk of Pella, Iowa, and Sandy (Dick) Guiter of Ottumwa, Iowa.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Terri Bachman, and two brothers: Skip Bachman and Clifford Washington.
Per his wishes, no services will be held.
Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville assisted with the arrangements.
