Services for Charles Leroy Bittner, 52, of Dallas, Texas and formerly of Knoxville, who died July 17, 1994 of cancer, at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas.
The body will be cremated and a memorial service will take place July 22 at the funeral home in Mesquite, Texas.
Charles was born, July 29, 1941, in Knoxville, the son of Frank and Marcilene Bittner, and lived here until 1965, when he moved to Dallas, Texas. He was preceded in death by his father, Frank Bittner.
Survivors include his wife, Mae; one daughter, Mae; and one
step-granddaughter, Sabrina; one step-daughter, Mae; and one step-granddaughter; his mother, Marcilene Bittner; one brother, Carroll and four sisters, Beverly, Barbara, Genia and Janice.
