Cecil Fay (Niemants) Spring, 97, born September 2, 1921, of Knoxville, Iowa, passed away on Wednesday, March 13, 2019, at West Ridge Specialty Care in Knoxville.
She was united in marriage to Charlie Robert Spring and together had three daughters; Roberta Faye, Karen Kay, and Sharon Spring.
Preceding her in death, her husband b.1921-d.1976 and two daughters Roberta b. 1947-d.2011 and Karen Spring b.1951-d.2013 and one brother Leo Edwin Niemants b.1927-d.2005.
Surviving her daughter; Sharon Spring.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019, at the First Presbyterian Church in Knoxville at 10:30 A.M. followed by a luncheon at the Church.
Burial services will take place at Graceland Cemetery in Knoxville, following the luncheon.
