Randolph Carroll Perkey was born December 25, 1947 in Dunreath, Iowa, to Randolph Lester and Velma Louise (Fee) Perkey.
Following graduation, he served in the U.S. Navy from March 1, 1967, to October 21, 1968. He then went on to work in construction.
Carroll passed away on September 16, 2008, at Mercy Medical Center in Des Moines at the age of 60 years, 8 months, and 22 days.
He is preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Randi Lee Jean Perkey.
He is survived by his brother, Chester “Bruce” Perkey of Houston, TX; sisters, Katherine Perkey of San Jose, CA; Marzette Perkey of Myrtle Beach, CA.
