Beverly Jean (Wiksell) Corbett passed away April 28 in Springfield, MO. She was
58 years old. Born in Sioux City, Iowa.

Beverly was an Assemblies of God Missionary
for 26 years and traveled to 4 continents, 18 countries, and 49 of the 50 U.S. states.

She was married to Doug Corbett for 39 years. They were married in New Sharon, Iowa.
April 7, 1972. Beverly loved her and her husband’s work at Healthcare Ministries
where they helped people on medical mission trips. She enjoyed her children, and grandchildren,
photography, reading, traveling and meeting people everywhere.

Beverly was preceded
in death by her beloved father, Stanley Wiksell. She is survived by her husband,
Doug Corbett; her mother, Betty Ogle; her stepmother, Helen Wiksell; her three daughters
and their spouses, Heather Bixler (Alan), Heidi Giles (Matt), and Holly Abney (Shane);
and her 7 grandchildren. She is also survived by two brothers and three sisters.

A Celebration of her Life will commence at Parkcrest Assembly of God on Wednesday
May 4, 2011, at 10 am. The graveside ceremony will immediately follow the celebration.
Visitation will take place at Greenlawn Funeral Home East from 6-8 pm Tuesday, May
3, 2011.

The Corbett Family suggests that memorial donations be made to Healthcare
Ministries of the Assemblies of God at 521 W. Lynn St, Springfield, MO. 65802.
