Arlo Howard Goff was born on March 25, 1984, in Iowa City, Iowa the son of Mark Howard Goff and Brenda Ann (Busick) Goff.

Arlo lived in the Knoxville and Columbia areas until age 4 when his family moved to Georgia, where they lived in the Marrow and Riverdale communities.

At the age of 10 Arlo’s family moved back to Iowa and lived in Melcher for two years,
before moving to Columbia where he lived the rest of his life.

He graduated with the Knoxville High School Class of 2002. He has worked
for the Rich Goff Farm since the age of 14. Arlo loved life and had many interests.

While in school, he was active in 4-H, FFA, wrestling, football, the Georgia Junior Rodeo Association, and the Pilot Mound Rodeo.

He was also a bull rider, steer wrestler, and sheep shearer. He Columbia Fire and Rescue Unit.

Arlo worked hard, played hard, and was loved by all his family and many friends.

He passed away on Saturday,
March 26, 2005, in Knoxville at the age of 21 years and 1 day.

He was preceded in death by, his maternal grandfather, Arlo Busick: paternal grandmother, Berlita
Martin; great-grandparents, Juanita and Jim Goff: and uncle, Bryan Scott Goff.

Those left to honor his memory include his parents, Brenda Goff of Columbia and
Mark and Lora Goff of Chariton; siblings, Bryan Paul, Goff, Seth Dalton Goff, Brenda
Savannah Lacy Goff, all of Columbia, and Joshua David Jensen of Reinbeck; grandparents,
Marion and Gloria Goff of Knoxville, Betty and David Kingery of Knoxville, and Ed
and Karen of Royal Oak, Michigan; great-grandmother, Violet Woodal of Janesville,
Iowa; a niece, Jessica, Jade, and Jensen of Reinbeck; and many other relatives and friends.
