Arthur “Andy” Emanuel, 49, of Indianapolis, who died Oct. 13, 1990, at his residence, was held Oct. 16 at Valley Hills Christian Church.
The interment was in West Newton Cemetery in West Newton, Ind.
Mr. Emanuel, formerly of Knoxville, was born Jan 2, 1941, the son of Gerald A. (d.Mar 7, 1978) and Dorotha Emanuel.
He served 21 years as a machine operator for Ford Motor Company, retiring in 1987.
He served with the U.S. Army and was a member and elder emeritus of the Valley Mills Christian Church.
He is survived by his wife, Betty Lou Schoenemann; 2 daughters, Charmus L. and Donna Sue Emanuel and one son Carl A. Emanuel,
all of Indianapolis, three sisters, Geraldine Case, Mays Ind., Sandra Boatright, Waterloo, and Charlene Koonce, Nashville, Tenn, one step-brother Emmeu Van Veen, Sioux Falls, S.D.; one step-sister, Sandra Kay Fluaitt, Iowa City; and two grandsons.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Benevolence Fund of the Valley Mills Christian Church.
