Tommy Gibbons, 64, of Knoxville died of cancer Thursday, December 23, 1992, at Knoxville Area Community
Hospital.
The body will be cremated and memorial services will be at 10:30 a.m.
Monday at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville.
Tommy was united in marriage to Vivian Lurie (Fee) Light on January 20, 1978. Mr. Gibbons, a lifelong Marion County
resident, was an Air Force veteran and a retired mail carrier.
Survivors include
his wife, Vivian; three sons, David of Panora, Timothy of Knoxville and Charles
of Omaha; four stepsons, Steve Light of Carlisle, Vance Light and Donald Light,
both of Knoxville, and David Light of Florida; three stepdaughters, Nola Light of
Des Moines, Brenda Light of Pleasantville and Melody DeHeer of Knoxville; a sister,
Peggy Martin of Carlisle; and a brother, Harold of New Port Richey, Fla.
Friends may call after 9:30 a.m. Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may
be made to Knoxville Little League.
