Services for Theo F. Spaur, 80, who died Jan.29, 1984, at Knoxville Area Comm. Hospital, were held Jan. 31 at the Milo Christian Union Church.

Mosher Funeral Home, Milo, was in charge of arrangements.
The interment was in Gosport Cemetery.
Rev. Bob Carroll officiated at the services. Music was provided by Irene Wright, organist, and Verna and Vonna McCauley, vocalist.
Pallbearers were Brad Graham, Don Hunderdosse, Pete Buck, Allen Spaur, Randy Crew, and Junior Wright.

Mrs. Spaur was born on Aug. 16, 1903, in Marion County, the daughter of Stanley N. and Minnie Bingaman Applegate.

She married Thompson A. Spaur on Jan 19, 1923. They lived south of Knoxville and moved to the Milo area in 1943. After retiring from farming, they moved into Milo. She was a resident of Knoxville Rest Home at the time of her death.

She was a member of the Milo Christian Union Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband; one brother; and one granddaughter.

She is survived by two daughters, Norma Jean Lavin of Long Beach, Cal. and Betty Jo Graham of Milo; one son, Bobby of Lee's Summit, Mo.; 10 grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; one brother Wyatt Applegate of Knoxville; and one sister Georgia Long of Knoxville.

A memorial has been established for the Milo Christian Union Church.
