Funeral services for Dorothy Madeline (Kaster) White, who died Dec. 17, 1973, at Salem, Ore., were held Dec. 21 from Williams Funeral Home with Rev. William Travis officiating. Burial was in Greenwood Cemetery.

Casketbearers were Henry Willis, Stanley Kimm, Arthur Wagner, Joe Tonda, Kenneth Coop and Paul Clark. Mrs. Wayne Sutherland was organist.

Dorothy M., daughter of V. F. and Ada Kaster, was born Sept. 4, 1919 at Knoxville. On Sept. 15, 1938 she was united in marriage to Morgan B. White at Montgomery City, Mo. Two years ago, the couple retired, moving from Rochester, Mich., to Gates, Ore.

She was a member of Knoxville First Christian Church; Order of Eastern Star 165 of Rochester; and 1973 mother advisor of the Mill City (Ore.) chapter of Rainbow for Girls.

Survivors include her husband, Morgan; her mother, Mrs. Ada Kaster of Knoxville; brother, Russell Kaster of Apache Junction, Ariz.; one niece and three nephews.
