Carl Scott Elliott was born February 9, 1943, and graduated from Knoxville, Iowa with the Class of 1962.
He enlisted in the US Army at the age of 17 and served for 22 years, retiring on Oct 31, 1982, MSgt. and 1984 united in marriage to Christa Ramstein, they lived in Kaiserslautern, Germany.
Carl was preceded in death by his Father and Mother.
