Funeral services for Mrs.Thelma Ridlen, who died Dec. 25, 1968 at Pella Community Hospital, were held Dec. 27 from Williams Funeral Home with Rev. James W.Dendler officiating.
Burial was in Graceland Cemetery. Casketbearers were Merle Bailey, Erwin Marshall, Lester Moon, James Wheeler, Gene Sinnard and Paul Stephenson. Mrs. Harold Hall was organist.
Thelma Beulah, daughter of Ethel and Bert Jones, was born March 25, 1915 at Albia.
She made her home with her aunt Mrs. Nellie B. Bellamy and attended school in Knoxville.
On June 22, 1952 she was United in marriage to Calvin C. Ridlen.
Her father and her aunt preceded her in death.
Surviving are her husband, Calvin; one son, Richard Calvin at home; her mother Mrs. Ethel Bollock of Rockford, Ill.; two sisters, Opal in Illinois and Ethel Marie in Florida, and two brothers.
