Services for John Henry Neagle, 72, of Randsburg, Calif. and formerly of Knoxville, who died Nov. 26, 1985 of a heart ailment, were held Nov. 30 at St. Barbara's Catholic Church in Randsburg.
Interment was in Rand Cemetery, Johannesburg, Calif.
Mr. Neagle was born April 8, 1913, in Peru, Ill. The son of John H. Neagle .
He attended Knoxville High School and St. Ambrose in Davenport.
He was a retired newspaper photographer and previously worked for the Knoxville Journal in the 1930's, the Des Moines Register and Tribune, and the Long Beach Press Telegram.
He is survived by his wife, Esther; one son, John of Ridgecrest, Calif.;
three grandchildren; and two brothers, Paul and William, and one sister, Mary Jane, all of Ventura, Calif.
