Funeral services for Todd Milo De Heer, 35, of Knoxville, who died January 19, 1999 in Knoxville, were held January 22, 1999, at Williams Funeral Home in Knoxville.

Burial was at Ruckman Cemetery in Marion County. Elder Sam L. Nichols officiated at the services.

Music was provided by Darlene Mooberry, organist. Pallbearers were Brooks De Heer, Terry DeGoey, Justin Mason, Randy DeGoey, Danny Mason, and David Rodda.
Honorary bearers were Earl Beal, Tom Carter, Roger Cecil, and Dustin Montavy.

Todd was born February 10, 1963, in Tomah, Wis., the son of Shirley Ann Zellmer and Leroy Edward DeHeer. He grew up in the Knoxville area and graduated from Knoxville High School in 1982.

He was united in marriage to Shelli Jane Harrison on September 15, 1990. He worked for Pinkerton Security at Clow Manufacturing in Oskaloosa.

He had also worked for over 10 years at Precision Pulley in Pella and had worked at Williams Apple Orchard in Knoxville.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather; and his maternal grandparents. He is survived by his wife of Knoxville; two daughters, Tara and Sara, both of Knoxville; his parents of Knoxville; his grandmother, Faye De Heer of Knoxville; three brothers, Scott and Mark, both of Knoxville, and Wade of Melcher-Dallas; and a sister, Valerie Edwards of Oskaloosa. Memorials may be made to his daughters.
